I have called Assurant Solutions regarding an extended warranty on My GE Air conditioner. They are refusing to honor my warranty claiming they no longer honor warranties regarding GE air conditioners. I would appreciate your looking into this matter as this certainly reflects poorly on GE as well as Assurant Solutions. My husband and I own a defective Samsung model ID RF263BEAESR, French Door refrigerator. We have had problems with the water housing around the water filter, replaced twice. The ice maker, leaks and does not freeze water for ice (replaced 3 times). We have had our refrigerator repaired by Mr. Appliance every time, all within 16 months of purchasing this item. Shortly after purchasing appliances from Home Depot, I began receiving invitations to purchase extended warranties from Assurant Solutions. I had purchased a five year extended warranty when I purchased the appliance from Home Depot which I am beginning to worry about. I called to request a fax over for explanation of benefits for a patient, the fax didn't have much information. So i returned a $800 Cel phone the Galaxy Note 4 to Assurant and took a photo of Label including Tracking number898674702026889 and RMa # 19528337 and Later printed out FEEX tracking log shows it was "ACTUALLY DELIVERD" on 8/12/2015 at 625 Willow Springs Ln YORK PA 17406.. I purchased the Samsung Protection plus over the phone from a letter I received on on 09/08/15. i obtained the lowest coverage for 366.95, 99.88 per month. Called on 10/30/15 to Samsung at approximetly 5:30p to submit a service request at the number on the Consumer Program agreement 1800-726-7864 and troubleshooted my TV over the phone. I had a contract with Assurant via Staples on a laptop purchased 3/27/2013. The "deal" was that at the end of the contract, I would get a refund if I ever used it. I have used Assurant for 8 years. I kept renewing my contract on my washer, each year it cost more and more. They have been out to fix my washer 20 plus times. I tried to tell them from the start something was wrong other than what they were fixing. Now due to my washer needing a part that is no longer available they have deemed my washer unrepairable. Worst customer service ever! Been waiting a week and a half for a replacement cell phone and still getting nothing but a run-around! Huge waste of money! Add comment
