First off, don't waste your time on this insurance plan or so called equipment plan.They make it nearly impossible for you to get your phone on time.!!! I have already had to wait three days, first they had MY INFORMATION WRONG and somehow I am the one who has to wait, to wait because of their mistake! Beware when you send a damaged device to Assurant they are scammers. Everytime you call you get a different person and a different story. On February 12 a made a claim got replacement on February 13 sent the broken device Feb 15. All was good. I kept the tracking number the sent me just in case. Assurant has been a nightmare. I will never purchase anything from a store that uses them .This LG washer was $1200.00 in 2011 from Home Depot and I cannot get it fixed. I have standing water in it and cannot get a service provider from Assurant. They had no trouble taking my payment of $323.00 for extending my warranty though. I have been making phone calls for 11 days and still have no appointment. They keep telling me they will try to locate... Read more

I like Assurant but I am upset with aquilla Applances my top dishwasher was not spinning but Raul with Aquilla messed up the bottom took a month to get parts aquilla sucks they make Assurant look bad

I love this company every time I had a complaint they always took care of me They do listen and even buy you new Applances depending on how old it is, T

I have called Assurant Solutions regarding an extended warranty on My GE Air conditioner. They are refusing to honor my warranty claiming they no longer honor warranties regarding GE air conditioners. My husband and I own a defective Samsung model ID RF263BEAESR, French Door refrigerator. We have had problems with the water housing around the water filter, replaced twice. The ice maker, leaks and does not freeze water for ice (replaced 3 times). We have had our refrigerator repaired by Mr. Appliance every time, all within 16 months of purchasing this item. Shortly after purchasing appliances from Home Depot, I began receiving invitations to purchase extended warranties from Assurant Solutions. I had purchased a five year extended warranty when I purchased the appliance from Home Depot which I am beginning to worry about.
