Purchased a TV . At the same time I purchased an extended warranty from Assurant.

TV went bad just out of Samsung's warranty. Called to make claim and they gave me the run around. Funny when I gave them my contract number they claimed it didn't work and that it must no be there contract number. I hung up, called back use there automated system, put my contract number in and it recognized it and gave me my name, model number of TV and when I bought.

I called them back and told them that, they gave me a different number to call. When that number answered they gave me the exact same run a round. I think the agents must get paid by how many claims they make.

I will never buy an extended warranty from them again. They should be put in jail

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Dishonesty, Poor customer service dishonesty and shady business practices, Lack of communication zero integrity plus time wasted, Rude representatives and lies.
